Dates & Prices

Some of our holidays have set departure dates with a price for each. For other holidays we provide a date band and prices that releate to any departure from the UK within this period. Prices given are generally per person based on adults sharing on maximum occupancy for 7 nights inclusive of flights from the UK with all airport tax & fuel surcharges, a Free luggage allowance, return transfers, bed tax and service charges where these can be pre-paid, some mix of Food & Drink. Plus of course plenty of activity.

H2Oflexibility: Where applicable prices for extra nights and supplements are based on date of occupancy. Accommodation Supplements are per person per night & you simply add them to the base holiday price. Holidays can be of any duration subject to flight schedule (airlines cannot generally be combined), adding additional charges for extra nights/services. From prices are the lowest available price for that holiday but do not take into account Late Availability Offers. Dates & Prices shown should only be used as a guide and are subject to flight availability. We will reconfirm availability when you make an enquiry and the price prior to you making your booking. Below we detail what is, or is not, generally included in an H2O holiday:

Our Holiday price includes:

• Economy class International Travel from the UK
• UK Air passenger duty and UK & Overseas departure taxes (where these can be pre-paid)
• All internal flights and hotel/airport transfers where applicable.
• All road transport.
• Accommodation as set out in the individual holiday guides 
• Food & Drink as set out in the individual holiday guides 
• A whole load of activity 
• Sightseeing where specified (entry fees may be payable locally).

Our Land Only price includes:

As above, but NO international travel. Joining and departure points are detailed in the holiday itinerary potion of your confirmation invoice.

What the price does not include:

• Travel insurance
• Visa fees
• Carbon emissions offset
• Overseas airport departure taxes (where these need to be paid locally)
• Tips
• Bar bills and Optional Extras

Price Changes: From time to time our suppliers, including airlines, need to imposing fuel surcharges and supplements. Wherever possible we include these in the holiday price. Please refer to our Booking Conditions for more details
