Transfer Options

To ensure that you get to your accommodation or meeting point as quickly and safely as possibles our holidays generally include 'door to door' transfers, where access allows, from your local point of arrival. The type of transport used will vary according to the destination. We make use of minibuses, 4 wheel drives or local taxis. Occasionaly we may use a coach (for instance if you are travelling as a private group). In some destinations it may be necessary to travel by speedboat, motor boat, floatplane or other light aircraft (see the Holiday Itinerary pages for details). We use the most direct route available to us though some transfers may not be direct as you may first need to visit other resorts or accommodation within the area.

On a Shared Transfer you may be sharing your transfer with other guests arriving around the same time as you. Once all guests are present you will be taken to your destination as directly as possible. On some holidays it may be possible to 'upgrade' to a Private Transfer, for an additional charge. The Private Transfer option ensures you go direct or that you enjoy some additional comfort, for details refer to the H2Oflexibility page of the relevant holiday guide.

For some of our holidays or destinations we include Car Hire within your holiday price so there is no need for a transfer as Pick-Up is normally arranged at your point of arrival. Check your holiday guide for details.

If you prefer to book on an Independent Travel basis with H2O and make your own travel arrangements you may still choose to join our transfers or have us arrange private transfers for you. We will always endevour to help. If you would like to do this, just call us as soon as possible and at least a week or so before the departure date of your holiday. We will then confirm details and prices.
