Travel Documents

You will soon be sent travel documents which include:

How & When will you receive your Travel Documents?

Travel documents are sent by email as .pdf attachments. Please ensure that H2O's email addresses are added to you Safe Mail or Address Book and so avoid them going to 'Junk' Click Here.

Travel documents, including your final confirmation invoice, will be sent to you 7-10 days prior to departure, unless otherwise arranged. Please call if you have not received your travel documents/tickets 5 working days prior to departure.

We strongly suggest that you make copies of important travel documents and/or store them online using a secure data storage site.

Confirmation Invoice

On receipt of your deposit payment we will send you a confirmation invoice. If you are on a flight inclusive holiday with us this will be an ATOL Confirmation Invoice. If not there your holiday will be protected by our trust Account and TTA Membership.

Our overseas representatives and suppliers can only provide the services detailed on this invoice. Please ensure that all the services which you have booked and paid for are shown on your confirmation invoice and that all names have been spelled correctly. If you have booked additional services like seat upgrades, extra nights' accommodation or holiday extensions, please make sure that these are shown. We generally do not issue vouchers for any part of our holidays as our suppliers are notified electronically.

Travel Brief

Your personalised Travel Brief provides useful information about your holiday. Even if you are a regular traveller to a destination or have read the information given here please check through the your Travel Brief as it has been compiled to include information specific to your holiday.

Travel Tickets

When you book a flight inclusive holiday with H2O provisional flight details are shown on your travel documents in local time, where flights are overnight the day of arrival will also be shown. The timings or even the flight numbers or routing may vary before departure. H2O will keep you informed of any changes to the flight schedule which will affect departure or arrival times significantly. Your final confirmation invoice will contain the latest flight information at that point in time.

Paper tickets are nolonger issued for our scheduled flights unless advised otherwise, H2O issue E-tickets for all flights for which they're available. An E-ticket is a paperless method of ticketing flights where your flight reservation information is sent to the airline and stored electronically. Then the final documentation we send you before departure will include an E-Ticket receipt for each guest which contains the flight information you require and also the airline reservation reference and ticket numbers. You are required to have a copy of this receipt at the airport check in before you pass through the security checkpoints, therefore please print out the confirmation and carry it with you.

Although our charter airlines are considering moving to E-Tickets they currently rely on passengers carrying paper vouchers which will be sent to you with your documentation. For charter flight bookings made within 10 days of departure, tickets will be issued at the airport (TOD) unless otherwise arranged.

Essential Reading

H2O's Essential Reading are the holiday Booking Conditions and form part of the holiday contract between H2O and our guests. The Planning Your Holiday Section and Booking Your Holiday section will be useful before you book. On Your Holiday once you have travelled. The information in the After Your Holiday section will be useful to know prior to your return.
