Our guides are Professionally Qualified and generally self employed or employed by our local partners. To learn more about H2O's Guides & Instructors Click Here. Positions come up from time to time. Your email should include details of your experience, qualifications and a log of destinations and dates worked. You should have a full valid driving license, relevant safety/rescue qualifications and current First Aid and CPR certification.

We do not employ unqualified or inexperienced guides but if you are interested in becoming a professional guide many of our overseas partners operate training, occasionally as part of an internship to enable you to gain valuable experience. We also have contacts in the UK who can provide the same level of training so please drop us an email to the address above.

We are always interested in hearing from bright, enthusiastic team players who would enjoy working in a sales environment both speaking on the telephone from our south coast UK office and face to face with guests at events. If you have the following skills please apply, we keep applications on file and will contact you as opportunities arise.

Good knowledge & extensive experience in our featured activities & destinations (a minimum of 1 activity and 2 destinations)
An aptitude for sales with good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated able to work as part of an enthusiastic team
Experience in Microsoft Office applications. IT skills with a knowledge of Galileo and MySQL an advantage.

Travel trade experience is welcome though not essential. Foreign languages are useful, particularly Spanish, German or Arabic.
