How to Book

10 Simple Steps

Orange Tick Select your Activity and Destination

Use our selection tool (opposite) to choose your preferred activity &/or destination you'll then be shown the holidays that match your choices. Have a read through the holiday guides and check they are suitable for you and your party.

Orange Tick Choose your Holiday

Select your holiday. If you would like a guide refer to our Find a Holiday page or contact us to find out if the holiday is suitable for you. Would you like to flex the itinerary we've offered or extend your stay with one of our Chill-Out, Active or Discovery extensions. Check out the H2Oflexibility page on the Holiday Guide for options.

Orange Tick Check Dates

refer to the Dates & Prices page of the holiday guide(s). Here we give prices for a standard itinerary with extra night prices, it will also state if shorter durations are possible. During peak periods, particularly New Year and Easter a minimum number of nights stay may be required. Prices do change from time to time so please contact us for an up to date price quotation.

Orange Tick Check Availability

Use the Check Availability form at the bottom of each Holiday Guide or Contact Us and we’ll check availability of your preferred holiday dates plus any options to change the duration or upgrade your flights or accommodation. If you need time to go through the detail (including our Essential Reading) before confirming we can normally hold an option for a day or so (we’ll need all name(s) as they appear on your passport(s) to do this).

Orange Tick Confirm your Holiday Booking

When you’re ready to confirm we’ll need a deposit (normally £200) or the full payment if booking within 8 weeks of travel and a copy of our booking form from each adult guest. See Payment Options. Don’t forget to make sure you’re covered incase you need to cancel. (see details of our Travel Insurance)

Orange Tick Receive Confirmation Invoice

We will send you a confirmation invoice within 4 days of receipt of payment. This can be done by post or email.

Orange Tick Pay Balance

We require any outstanding balance payment no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. See Payment Options. You should check out our Before you Go Travel Brief which has useful information and links you should know about. If you have not already done so please ensure you send us a copy of our booking form for each adult guest

Orange Tick Receive Travel Documents

You should receive final Travel Documents 7-10 days prior to departure. If you need any Travel Extras (car parking, an airport hotel or would like to book an airport lounge) let us help.
